Interlibrary Lending is located in Main Lending Library, on the ground floor in the building I, entrance A.

Upon a reader’s request we borrow books, microfilms or their photocopies from other libraries.

National loans are realized when the required materials cannot be obtained in Szczecin. In case of international loans, we can obtain materials unavailable in Polish libraries.

An order with a detailed bibliographic description should be submitted personally at the Interlibrary Lending Room Department. Up to 5 items may be ordered at a time. Waiting time for the ordered materials is about 1 month. The loan deadline is defined by particular lending libraries. The materials brought to the Pomeranian Library are available in the Research Reading Room. Once such a service has been  realized, the reader covers the cost of bringing the ordered materials as per price list for interlibrary lending.

Reference book collections, rare works (up to the 19th century) and magazines are not subject to lending. A photocopy or microfilm of the required materials may be ordered for a fee.
